Silicone rubber FX transparent is characterized by high tensile-shear strength, higher Shore A hardness, and relatively good transparency. It is indispensable in the production of rapid prototypes (automotive industry, industrial design, etc.).

It is a translucent silicone rubber, suitable primarily for:
‐ Prototype production
‐ Production of transparent castings
‐ Molds with high precision and high chemical resistance
‐ Molds for concrete casting
 

 Properties:

‐ High chemical and abrasion resistance
‐ High toughness and tear resistance
‐ Low shrinkage
‐ Dimensional stability
‐ Temperature resistance up to 200°C
 

 Due to its high viscosity, vacuuming the mixture is recommended.
At a temperature of 40°C, the time for the start of gelling and curing is halved.
